Pet Friendly

We are a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends. Dogs and Cats are permitted. A total of two pets are allowed per household. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply. Sterling Hills utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move in and renewal

Breed Restrictions

Breed restricted dogs are Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.

Weight Limits

We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.

Pet Fees

We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $300 pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
