submitted by Angela S. - |Recommended: NoNot Worth The Money — The rent here is way above market value for what you get. My neighbor is apparently a hoarder so I get his overflow of cockroaches. Cigarette smoke is constantly coming into the apartment from God only knows which neighbor, it rains in my apartment and one month later no one has come to fix it. Awful trashy place to live. I am moving to the Reserve, which is actually worth the money and it only costs 100usd more for near double the size and infinitely better amenities. Don't fall for this hole.

submitted by Daniel R. - |Recommended: NoCan you say slum lord that's what Ronda the manager is. She is rude and nasty old hag. She treats her maintenance staff like shit. I lived there for a year and a half. There is dog shit everywhere. The gutters have trees growing out of them. The place needs power washing and siding is falling off of the buildings. Drugs deals going on two doors down from me people coming and going all times of day and night. I would stay clear of this place. The photos on their web site have to be 20 years old or photo shopped big time. The pool that they boast of was closed most of the summer. My A C compressor failed and Ronda would not replace it for 3 weeks this was July so beware.

I try to pay but keep getting routed to Plaid. I also do not like the multiple fees that keep being added to my rent, including a fee to pay the rent.

Many times I asked to see one like I am going to be moving into and every time, it was either we don't have one like that open for you to see or the tenant hasn't moved out yet so we can't show it until the tenant has moved out, but what they had on their website was exactly what I would be getting. I personally visited the property 2 weeks prior April 1st to moving in and nobody was living there. Again I asked to see it and they said the tenant hadn't vacated the apartment yet. The day I was to move in, I walked in the apartment and it was not like what I saw on the site, this apartment had no fireplace and no back patio which both were what I wanted . I complained about it and they said they would give me 48 hours to move out and they wouldn't charge me for breaking the lease where am I going to go within 48 hours . The day after I moved in I asked both of my neighbors when was the last time they saw the tenant and they said she moved out about a month ago. I went to the office to find out what is going on and the again lied to my face saying how would the neighbors know that, they wouldn't see her all the time. That gave it away there, I took that as the tenants couldn't be trusted on their word. All things I found wrong were not fixed and the maintenance crew didn't clean up after themselves. Wood particle dust all over my microwave where they fixed a cabinet in the kitchen, drywall dust and paint chips where they fixed the towel rack in the bathroom, where they tightened the shower rod end caps and they left many of the items on my list undone haven't returned . The people that live above me have no respect for the people below them, I can hear very footstep, every drop of something, at all times day or night. Top it off, 910 for that apartment especially missing a fireplace that I would have to pay gas for or back patio area. The only compliment I have is that keep the property clean and neatly manicured. I would not and will not recommend anyone renting from them. With those prices to me they are taking advantage of people during this so called pandemic when there is a huge shortage on apartments to be rented from Johnson City to Greeneville. Terrible, you should be ashamed of your company, plain and simple. Glenn

I am beyond satisfied with the experience since the first day I called to inquire about my unit. I was able to reach them directly and discuss my application, and the process between then and my move-in was very organized and stress free. They even wrote me a card congratulating me on my move up here from Florida I was shocked to find that my unit was cleaner and more spacious than I thought. I feel very at peace here, I enjoy taking my walks around the neighborhood every day and there are birds everywhere, which adds to the zen. The office staff have been super reliable and helpful during my time here and I am thankful for their dedication to making every resident here happy safe. If you have the opportunity to live here, especially in one of the newly remodeled units, I am sure you will agree with me when I say it's a great place to live. 5 stars
